For you, this might be a very simple task. But i am frustrated to get it work for several days. So, if someone can help, it would be great!

This is my scenario. I have a PDF document in which images and text are contained. And what i want to do is to strip text from this PDF. And then, i can get only the images. I would prefer to avoid any re-compression of the file. Maybe this is just want to ignore the text content or strip it all from PDF. Then, how to get that work?

If you just want to get all the images of PDF document, to make things easier, why don’t you directly extract images that you want from PDF. This maybe the exact and simple way.

But for me, i would prefer to getting text from PDF document because i need the text information for further manipulation. So, is there any other online guide that would show how to strip text from a PDF document?

BTW, i have a consideration for this. Firstly create a document object from loaded PDF file and then extract text information and export it to txt file. Do you think this is the right way, does it will work?
